At Sohara, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewelry crafted with care. Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and invoices must be included
⚠️ Non-returnable items:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (if marked non-returnable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect item received
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order ID and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return steps
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
- In case of damaged or wrong items, Sohara will cover the shipping cost
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video/photo proof
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
