At Sohara, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewelry crafted with care. Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and invoices must be included

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (if marked non-returnable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item received

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order ID and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return steps

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
  • In case of damaged or wrong items, Sohara will cover the shipping cost

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing video/photo proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
